Do you only work with large venues and big budgets?
No. Voyage Visual Media specializes in helping small businesses and community organizations get arena-level visuals at realistic budgets. We regularly work in hotels, clubs, churches, and pop-up spaces and scale the LED footprint and services to fit your goals and room size.
What do you need from my venue to set up an LED wall?
On our consult, we’ll ask for rough room dimensions, stage photos (or floor plan), and details on power access. From there, we spec wall size, resolution, rigging method, and signal path. If your venue has an in-house AV team, we coordinate directly so you don’t have to translate tech jargon.
How far in advance should I book?
For best availability, we recommend 4+ weeks in advance. That said, we can sometimes accommodate rush projects depending on inventory and crew—reach out and we’ll let you know within what’s possible.
Can you also create the visuals and branding for our screens?
Yes! We can adapt your existing brand assets into motion graphics or design visual systems from scratch for your event. Many clients opt for a mix of logo loops, lower-thirds, announcement slides, and custom scenes tailored to their run-of-show.
